Welcome to Jitin Rathore Makeup Artistry (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services, visiting our website, or contacting us for appointments, you (“client”, “user”, “customer”) agree to the Terms & Conditions mentioned below.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue the use of our Website and services.
1. Services Offered
We provide professional makeup services including but not limited to:
- Bridal Makeup
- HD Makeup
- Airbrush Makeup
- Party Makeup
- Celebrity & Editorial Makeup
- Fashion, Stage & Glam Makeup
- On-location & Studio Makeup
- Pre-wedding & Event Makeup
All services are subject to availability, date confirmation, and booking approval.
2. Appointments & Bookings
- Bookings are taken by appointment only.
- A date is considered “booked” only after confirmation through WhatsApp/Call/Email.
- For bridal and event makeup, an advance payment may be required to secure the slot.
- Slot availability is not guaranteed without confirmation.
3. Advance Payment & Refund Policy
- Advance amount is non-refundable, as it reserves your time slot.
- If the client cancels the appointment for any reason, the advance will not be returned.
- In case the artist is unable to attend due to an emergency, a full refund will be issued OR an alternate senior artist will be provided (client’s choice).
- For destination weddings, travel & accommodation charges must be paid additionally.
4. Pricing & Payments
- Prices may vary depending on the look, products, location, and time required.
- Full payment must be cleared on the same day of the service.
- Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any method communicated by the studio.
- Additional charges apply for hairstyling, draping, travel, early-morning bookings, or extra services.
5. On-Location Makeup Policy
If the makeup is done outside the studio:
- Travel charges must be covered by the client.
- For outstation/destination events, accommodation must be provided.
- A hygienic, well-lit, and safe environment must be available during the session.
- Delays caused by the client may impact the final output.
6. Use of Products & Allergies
- We use professional, high-quality, premium makeup products.
- Clients must inform us in advance about:
- Allergies
- Skin concerns
- Sensitivities
- We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed skin issues or allergies.
7. Timing, Delays & Cooperation
- Makeup takes time and requires client cooperation.
- If the client is late, the artist may not be able to complete the look as planned.
- Extra waiting time may attract additional charges.
8. Photography, Portfolio & Social Media
We may take photos/videos of the makeup look for:
- Portfolio
- Website
- Instagram
- Social Media showcasing
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform before the session begins.
9. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own belongings. We are not liable for any lost, damaged, or misplaced items during the session.
10. Hygiene & Safety
- Brushes, tools, and products are sanitized regularly.
- We maintain strict hygiene standards.
- Clients are requested to arrive with clean, moisturized skin unless instructed otherwise.
11. Website Usage Terms
By using our website, you agree not to:
- Copy or misuse our images, videos, or content
- Perform illegal, harmful, or unauthorized activities
- Violate copyrights of our makeup work or branding
All content on the website belongs to Jitin Rathore Makeup Artistry.
12. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
- Skin reactions due to undisclosed allergies
- Delays from the client’s side
- Environmental factors affecting makeup longevity
- Issues due to extreme weather during outdoor shoots
- Any loss beyond the amount paid for the service
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
